Welcome to Career Finder Your Step-by-Step Guide to Choosing the Right Career

The career finder process described on this page offers a fun little series of exercises meant to help you find the right career based on your personality, your strengths and skills, your likes and dislikes, and the things that are important to you.

I'm always surprised and saddened at discovering how few people actually choose a career based on their passions. Many of us still buy into the belief that you have to get a job and be content, as long as it pays the bills.

I set up the career finder specifically to get you out of that dated mentality, and help you choose a career that suits you. You can get a job and pay the bills, and also love what you do.

You’ll be much happier and more successful if your lifestyle dictates your career, rather than the other way around.

Your dream job exists somewhere out there. The only reason you haven’t discovered it yet is that you didn’t know how to look for it.

I want you to look at yourself in a whole new way. We often separate our personal self from our professional self – but no more. The whole point here is to discover career choices that complement exactly who you are.

This is your time to be completely honest about who you are, what excites you, what motivates and drives you, what you're passionate about, and what you're good at.
